How long is it going to take me to get through this program?
This program drips content on a weekly basis. After all modules have been released, it is then a self-paced program that you can move back and forth without restrictions. You’ll need between 2-4 hours per week to get through the video trainings, weekly challenges and workbook plus the time needed to commit to participating in the group forum and monthly Q&A.
You’ll also receive access to our resource library with additional resources. This will take time to go through and can take a few hours per week to go through read through and implement.
My scholars that are getting results are doing the work – they are going through the course and implementing several hours a week, showing up in the private group forum to get feedback and intentionally trying to stay on track.
What happens when I cancel my membership?
If you decide to cancel your membership, you will lose access to the member portal with all the trainings, the community directory and group forums. You will no longer be able to participate in the group and monthly Q&As. Your bonuses must be redeemed while you are a current member of WPBoss. Cancelling your membership voids all bonuses that have not been redeemed.
FYI: Cancelling your membership will suspend your hosting services with Hello Ambi. If you are considering transferring your blog to another host, please email support@helloambi.com prior to canceling your membership so that we can assist you.
I have questions, what do I do?
You can ask questions in the WPBoss VIP members-only group forum to get feedback from the community. If you want answers directly from Ambi, you’ll have to submit them for the Monthly Q&A in the here. There is no guarantee that all your questions will be answered. Ambi offers monthly group video coaching calls in the WPBoss Network hosting membership and mastermind program only.
I want to upgrade my hosting membership?
Currently the eCommerce & Network memberships are by application only. Please email support@helloambi.com to apply.
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing support@helloambi.com. Please submit your cancellation request at least 5 days before your next billing date to avoid getting charged.
FYI: We do not offer refunds of fees already paid including whether or not you used the program because hosting services, digital products and intellectual knowledge aren’t something you can give back.
